When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. You will receive a shipment/order confirmation when your order has shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

During checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We will not ship your order until we receive payment.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Delivery Informaton

1. General

Subject to stock availability. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped. And we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Customised Order

For the customised order which in some cases can take up-to 3 weeks to fulfil. For more information on delivery times please contact us on [email protected].

3. Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.

4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been processed you will be sent a tracking code via email which can be checked on your account when Logged in. Please check this code for a delivery update prior to contacting us for delivery information.

5. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Insurance

7.1: Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.Parcels are insured for damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

7.2: Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.Parcels are insured for loss up to the value as stated by the courier.

8. Delivery Terms

8.1: Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

8.2: Transit Time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

8.3: Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

8.4: Address Changes

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

8.5: Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

8.6: Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your items you may return your goods. whatapackaging will happily offer a full refund when items are returned within 14 days. Unfortunately any bespoke printed items we cannot offer a refund for unless faulty or damaged.

Returns MUST be returned in their original condition, un-damaged and MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt. All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.

Please allow 3 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed. Your bank may take 5-7 working days for your refund to reach your account. We cannot refund any orders which have bespoke printing or involve customised assets.

You are required to arrange and pay for the return of goods and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please be very careful when handling your goods as we can not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or mishandled. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and is non-negotiable. All items returned after the 14 days are non-refundable.

Please note that we can not refund, exchange or issue any credit notes for any unwanted items after 30 days from the order being placed.

How do I return my product?

Contact us at [email protected] to inquire about a replacement. We will not accept any shipped returns. Send a photo or video of the damaged product.

Please provide the following to inquire about an exchange:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Picture or Video of the damaged product
  • Detailed description of the issue

Reasons for Returns:

Return Due to Change of Mind

Whatapackaging Team will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Warranty Returns

Whatapackaging will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect whatapackaging to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

  • Refund to your payment method
  • A refund in store credit
  • A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
